The Journey · Stage 4 of 4 · 90 days

I GIVE

Let your growth reach the people who matter.

I GIVE is a 90 day program in relationships, purpose, generosity and contribution. You consider how the person you have become affects the people around you, decide how you want to contribute, and practice giving in ways that honor your own needs and boundaries.

Create opportunity. Lift others higher. Leave a legacy that lives on.

Where you might be

There are two kinds of people who arrive at this stage, and both are welcome.

The first has done real work on themselves. The gratitude practice holds. The identity has shifted. Things have been built. And a new question has started to surface: what is all this for? Growth that stays private begins to feel incomplete. You want it to reach someone.

The second already gives. Constantly. To a partner, to children, to parents, to a team, to friends who call at midnight. For this person, the word contribution lands like one more demand, and the honest question is different: how do I keep giving without disappearing?

I GIVE is for both. It is a program about generosity, and it is equally a program about boundaries, because giving that empties you is not generosity. It is a slow way of leaving.

The possibility

What becomes possible.

Imagine knowing exactly who you want to show up for in this season of your life, and how. Not everyone, and not everything. A map of your relationships with an honest note beside each one about the role you want to play.

Imagine sending one specific message of appreciation every week, and watching what it does to the relationships that receive it. Imagine being able to say “not this, not now” in a way that is kind and final, and feeling no guilt afterward.

Imagine having a contribution you can describe in one sentence. Something you give, to someone, in a way that fits your life as it actually is. And imagine doing one small thing each week that creates an opportunity for someone else.

That is what I GIVE makes possible. Your growth becomes something other people can feel, and you stay whole while it happens.

What you develop

What this program helps you develop.

  • 01

A clear map of your relationships

Who is in your circle, how each relationship feels, and the role you want to play in it now.

  • 02

An appreciation practice people can feel

Specific, spoken gratitude, delivered on purpose and on a rhythm.

  • 03

    A defined contribution

What you want to give, to whom, and how, in the season you are actually in.

  • 04

Boundaries you can state without guilt

What you will and will not give right now, and the words to say it.

  • 05

    The habit of creating opportunity

Small, regular acts that open a door for someone else.

  • 06

    Purpose anchored in people

A sense of why that is rooted in who your growth serves, not only in what you achieve.

  • 07

The first draft of a legacy

A written sense of what you want to live on through your relationships, example and contribution.

How it works

How the experience works.

I GIVE is the fourth journal in the BreakThru Mindset series. Like the three stages before it, it is designed to connect with the companion app and a community of people doing the same work.

The journal

The I GIVE journal guides you through 90 days of impact, contribution and lasting legacy. The proposed arc has three movements. The first 30 days are about who you give to: mapping relationships, practicing appreciation and setting boundaries. The middle 30 days are about how you give: naming your contribution, creating opportunity for others and connecting purpose to people. The final 30 days are about what lives on: your example, your stories, and a legacy you begin now rather than later.

Each day keeps the five practice rhythm with an outward emphasis: gratitude for a specific person, the state of mind you will bring to others, a short visualization of the effect of your contribution, one giving action, and an evening reflection on what you gave and what it cost you. About 15 to 20 minutes a day.

The companion app

Proposed: your relationship map, weekly appreciation prompts and giving actions tracked in the BreakThru Mindset companion app, which is in development.

Community support

Proposed: online meetups and a discussion space where contribution is practiced in the open, including the option to mentor or be mentored by other members.

Package

Proposed four program package

The four foundational stages were previously discussed as a single package at $599, which would include the four journals (Grateful & Becoming, I AM, I CREATE and I GIVE), a webinar, two online meetups per month, and one year of community membership.

This is the proposed price for all four stages together. It is not the price of I GIVE on its own. The package does not include Becoming Superhuman, Unlocking the Infinite Human Potential or the focused programs.

Inside the program

Topics and practices.

What you would reflect on and practice along the way.
  1. 01

    The relationship map

You draw your circle: the people closest to you, the people you see often, the people who shaped you. Beside each name you write one honest sentence about how the relationship feels today.

  2. 02

    The appreciation message

Once a week you tell one person, specifically, what they did and what it meant. In writing or out loud. You note what happens next.

  3. 03

    The giving inventory

You list what you actually have to give: time, attention, a skill, a connection, presence, resources, experience. Most people have more than they think and less time than they wish.

  4. 04

    Boundaries in words

You write what you will give in this season and what you will not. Then you write the sentences you will use when someone asks for more.

  5. 05

    Creating opportunity

Each week, one act that opens a door for someone else. An introduction, a recommendation, an invitation, a piece of knowledge handed over.

  6. 06

    Purpose through people

You ask who your growth is for, and you answer with names rather than categories.

  7. 07

    Lifting one person higher

You choose one person to invest in for the final 30 days, with their agreement, and you practice encouragement that is specific and practical.

  8. 08

    The legacy letter

On day 90 you write what you want to live on, and the first three things you will do about it in the next 90 days.

Who it's for

Is this for you?

  • You have done the work and want it to mean something to someone else

You are ready to let your growth reach outward.

  • You give until you are empty

You need a way to keep caring for the people you love without losing yourself in the process.

  • You are a parent who wants your growth to reach your children

Not through lectures, but through example and attention.

  • Your relationships thinned during a busy season

You want to rebuild them on purpose, starting with appreciation.

  • You want a purpose that is not a job title

Something you can describe in terms of people and contribution.

  • You are finishing I CREATE

You have built something. Now you want to find out who it is for.

A view of the transformation

Before and after.

Before

Your relationships run on habit and obligation. Appreciation stays in your head. You give either too much or too little and are never sure which. Purpose feels like something other people have. Legacy sounds like a word for later.

After 90 days of practice

You can describe your circle and the role you want to play in each relationship. You have sent twelve specific messages of appreciation and noticed what they did. You have said no at least once without apologizing. You have a one sentence contribution and you have practiced it. You have opened a door for someone else, more than once. You have written down what you want to live on, and you have started.

This is what practice can make possible. It is not a guarantee, and other people remain free to respond however they respond. What changes is how you show up.

Its place in the journey

Where this fits in the journey.

I GIVE is the fourth and final foundational stage, and it is where the journey turns outward.

Grateful & Becoming teaches you to notice. I AM teaches you to choose who you are. I CREATE teaches you to build. I GIVE asks a question the first three stages prepare you for: now that you have become someone, who is that person for? Transformation that never leaves the journal is incomplete. This stage carries it into your relationships, your contribution and the example you set.

It is also the bridge to everything that follows. Becoming Superhuman and Unlocking the Infinite Human Potential both treat contribution as part of growth, and the focused programs on relationships, family and legacy go deeper into themes this stage opens.

Questions

Common questions.

I am already stretched thin. Won’t this ask more of me?

Half of this program is about boundaries. In the first 30 days you decide what you can give in this season and what you cannot, and you practice saying so. Giving from fullness looks very different from giving from obligation, and the program is designed to help you tell the difference.

Is this about volunteering or charity?

It can include either, if that is your contribution. But contribution here is broad. It might be an hour of attention for a friend, a skill taught to a colleague, an introduction made, a story told to your children. The program helps you define your contribution in terms of what you actually have to give.

What if my relationships are complicated, or some of them are harmful?

You decide who is on your map and what role you want to play. Nothing in I GIVE asks you to reconnect with anyone, forgive anyone or stay in a relationship that harms you. Boundaries are part of the practice. If a relationship involves abuse or danger, please also seek qualified support.

Do I need a big purpose?

No. Purpose in this program is built from people and small contributions rather than from a grand mission. A purpose that fits in one sentence and shows up in one ordinary week is a complete result here.

What if I am the one who needs support right now?

Then part of your practice will be asking for it. Receiving is half of every relationship, and many generous people are poor at it. The relationship map includes a column for what you need, and the community exists so that you do not have to practice alone.

Do I need to finish the other three stages first?

I GIVE is designed as the fourth stage and draws on the vision, identity and finished work of the stages before it. It can stand alone, and the early days provide enough grounding to begin here. The sequence is recommended.

Isn’t legacy something to think about later in life?

Legacy is what you are leaving already, through how you treat people and what you show them. The program simply makes it deliberate. The focused program The BreakThru Legacy goes deeper on this theme for anyone who wants it.

Join the Interest List

You have become someone. The question now is who that person is for.

I GIVE gives you 90 days to answer it in practice: a map of your relationships, a rhythm of appreciation, boundaries you can keep, a contribution you can name, and a legacy that starts now. Create opportunity. Lift others higher. Leave a legacy that lives on.

Join the Interest List and we will let you know when the fourth stage of the journey opens.
