The BreakThru Method

Six principles that work together to change how you think, feel, behave and see yourself. Each one comes with lessons, exercises and journal activities, so the method becomes a practice, not just an idea.

How it fits together

Vision gives direction. Belief gives permission. Discipline, people and environment make it sustainable. Execution makes it real.

  1. Principle 1

    Vision & Manifestation

In the BreakThru Method, manifestation means defining a clear vision, then living from the state of mind of the person who already has it, so your thoughts, feelings and actions start moving in the same direction.

  2. Principle 2

    Positive Thinking & Belief

Positive thinking in the BreakThru Method is not ignoring problems. It is noticing the beliefs that shape your choices, questioning the ones that limit you, and practicing thoughts that support the person you are becoming.

  3. Principle 3

    Fasting & Discipline

In the BreakThru Method, fasting is first a practice of discipline and reflection: stepping away from distractions such as social media, entertainment or complaining, to create space for clarity, prayer or meditation. Physical fasting is covered separately as education, not a prescription.

  4. Principle 4

    People & Relationships

The BreakThru Method teaches that the people you spend time with shape your expectations, habits and opportunities, so building supportive relationships, and setting healthy boundaries, is part of personal growth.

  5. Principle 5

    Environment & Identity

The BreakThru Method connects environment and identity: arranging your space, routines and inputs so they reflect who you are becoming makes the right actions easier and reinforces your new self-image.

  6. Principle 6

    Execution & Accountability

Execution and accountability complete the BreakThru Method: vision and belief become real through specific, measurable daily actions, reviewed honestly and shared with someone who will hold you to them.
