The BreakThru Philosophy
The Question That Changes Everything
It's not about asking,
It's about asking,
The life you desire begins with the person you choose to become.
Stop measuring your future by how long it takes.
Start examining your beliefs, thoughts, habits, emotions, and decisions.
Ask yourself:
“Who would I be if my desires were already fulfilled?”
Then begin aligning your daily actions with that identity.
Your transformation begins when you stop waiting for your circumstances to change and start changing the person you're becoming.
How to live it
From waiting to becoming.
01
Stop measuring by time
“When will it happen?” keeps your attention on what is missing. It makes every day a waiting room. Set the question down.
02
Examine your inner life
Look honestly at your beliefs, thoughts, habits, emotions and decisions. These are what you can change today, and they shape everything else.
03
Ask the better question
“Who would I be if my desires were already fulfilled?” Describe that person in detail: how they think, how they carry themselves, what they do with a Tuesday.
04
Align your actions
Each day, take one action that person would take. Over 90 days, those actions become habits, and the habits become an identity.
Common questions
Clear answers.
What does “What state of mind am I in?” mean?
It means shifting your attention from the timing of an outcome to the person you are being right now. Your state of mind shapes what you notice, how you feel, the decisions you make and the actions you take. Change the state, and the actions follow.
Is this the same as “living in the end”?
It is closely related. Teachers in the New Thought tradition, such as Neville Goddard, taught students to assume the feeling of the wish fulfilled. BreakThru Mindset treats this as a daily practice of identity and attention, paired with disciplined action, rather than as a promise about outcomes.
Does this guarantee my desires will come true?
No. BreakThru Mindset does not promise financial, health or manifestation outcomes. The practice changes how you think, feel and act, which changes what you do with your days. What follows depends on many factors, including your effort and circumstances.
How do I practice it?
Each morning, decide the state of mind you will live from today. Ask who you would be if your desire were already fulfilled. Then choose one action that person would take, take it, and reflect in the evening. The Grateful & Becoming journal and the 90-day program make this a daily habit.
