The Journey · Stage 1 of 4 · 90 days

Grateful & Becoming

Start each day grateful, and end each day closer to who you are meant to be.

Grateful & Becoming is a 90 day foundation in gratitude, awareness, vision and intentional living. Over three stages you learn to notice what is already good, see your own patterns clearly, write down the life you want in your own words, and take one intentional step toward it every day.

Appreciate today. Believe in tomorrow. Become who you are meant to be.

Where you might be

You are not ungrateful. You are busy.

Most mornings begin before you have decided anything. The alarm, the phone, the first message of the day, and you are already reacting. By the time you have a quiet moment, the day has set its own tone, and you are living inside it.

Underneath that pace there is often a quieter question. When will things change? When will I feel settled? When will I get to the life I keep picturing? It sounds like hope, but it keeps your attention on what is missing. Every day becomes a waiting room.

Maybe you have read the books and watched the videos. Maybe you have bought a journal before and left it half finished in a drawer. You know roughly what you want. What you have not had is a simple daily structure that holds you to it, and a way of starting the day that makes the rest of it feel like yours.

That is what Grateful & Becoming is for.

The possibility

What becomes possible.

Picture a morning that begins with three specific things you are glad about, written down before anyone needs you. Not “my family,” but “my son reached for my hand on the way to school.” Specific enough to feel.

Then one decision about the state of mind you will bring to the day. Calm. Focused. Open. Whatever the person you are becoming would choose.

Then a few minutes imagining the life you want as if it were already here, one action that person would take today, and in the evening a short, honest look back at what you noticed.

Do that for 90 days and something shifts. You stop measuring your life by how long things take and start paying attention to the person you are being while you wait. You have a written vision you can return to. You have proof that you can keep a small promise to yourself. And you have a practice to carry into whatever comes next.

That is the possibility. It is yours to practice into.

What you develop

What this program helps you develop.

  • 01

A gratitude practice that is specific enough to feel

Three concrete things each morning, with the reason they matter, so the practice lands instead of becoming a list.

  • 02

Clear awareness of your current patterns

The beliefs you treat as facts, the emotions that run on repeat, the triggers and defaults that shape your days without permission.

  • 03

A written vision of the life you want

In the present tense, in your own words, and specific enough that you could recognize it when you see it.

  • 04

The habit of choosing your state of mind before the day chooses it for you

A daily decision that becomes a daily reflex.

  • 05

A rhythm of one intentional action a day

Small, visible steps that put your vision in your calendar instead of your someday list.

  • 06

A reflection practice that turns ordinary days into evidence

Evening notes on what you noticed, what you learned and what you will carry forward.

  • 07

A foundation for the three stages that follow

Everything in I AM, I CREATE and I GIVE builds on the awareness you develop here.

How it works

How the experience works.

Grateful & Becoming is designed around a physical journal, a companion app and the support of other people on the same path.

The journal

The Grateful & Becoming journal guides you through 90 days in three stages. Awakening (days 1 to 30) is about seeing clearly: gratitude, beliefs, emotional patterns and a written vision. Alignment (days 31 to 60) brings your habits, environment and daily choices into line with that vision. Becoming (days 61 to 90) is about living as the person you have been practicing to become, investing in the relationships that support you, and designing the routine you will keep. Each day has five short practices that take about 15 to 20 minutes in total. Every seventh day you pause for a weekly review, and milestone reflections mark days 1, 30, 45, 60 and 90.

The companion app

The BreakThru Mindset companion app is intended to carry the same daily practices on your phone, track your days and habits, and show your 90 day progress. The app is in development.

Community support

You are meant to do this alongside others. Proposed support includes online meetups, discussion groups and the option of an accountability partner.

Guidance from Tyson

Proposed: short lessons and a welcome webinar from Tyson E. Sam that introduce each stage and the thinking behind it.

Package

Proposed four program package

The four foundational stages were previously discussed as a single package at $599, which would include:

  • The four journals: Grateful & Becoming, I AM, I CREATE and I GIVE
  • A webinar
  • Two online meetups per month
  • One year of community membership

This is the proposed package for all four stages together. It is not the price of Grateful & Becoming on its own. This package does not include Becoming Superhuman, Unlocking the Infinite Human Potential or any of the focused programs.

Inside the program

Topics and practices.

What you would reflect on and practice along the way.
  1. 01

    Morning gratitude

Three specific things, and why each one matters. You practice moving from “I am grateful for my health” to “I am grateful I walked to the park this morning and my knee did not hurt.”

  2. 02

    Your desired state of mind

Each day you name the state you will live from, then ask what one thing a person in that state would do before tonight.

  3. 03

    Visualization and affirmation

A few minutes living in the end, followed by an affirmation written in your own words rather than borrowed from a poster.

  4. 04

    One intentional action

A single, specific step the person you are becoming would take today. Then you take it.

  5. 05

    Evening reflection

Looking back with honesty and grace. What did you notice? What did you learn? What will you carry into tomorrow?

  6. 06

    The belief audit

In week two you write down the thoughts that feel like facts, and ask where each one came from and whether it still serves you.

  7. 07

    Understanding your emotions

In week three you track patterns, triggers and default reactions, so you can see them coming.

  8. 08

    The vision letter

On day 30 you complete a written vision in the present tense. Later milestones return to it, and on day 90 you write a letter from the person you have become.

Who it's for

Is this for you?

  • You feel like life is happening to you

Your days are full and your sense of direction is thin. You want to be the one deciding.

  • Your life is objectively fine and still feels flat

Nothing is wrong, and you suspect that a different way of paying attention would change everything.

  • You have consumed a lot of motivation and want a structure

You do not need another idea. You need a daily practice that holds.

  • You are starting over after a season of drift

A move, a change at work, a relationship that ended. You want to begin again on purpose.

  • You used to journal and want a reason to come back

This gives you one, with a clear beginning, middle and end.

  • You want the foundation before the rest

You are interested in identity, action and contribution, and you understand that awareness comes first.

A view of the transformation

Before and after.

Before

You wake up reacting. Your attention goes to what is missing. You know what you want in general terms, but you could not write it down in a paragraph. Good days feel like luck and hard days feel like proof.

After 90 days of practice

You begin the morning by noticing what is already good. You choose a state of mind on purpose and catch yourself when you drift from it. You have a written vision you have read many times and revised more than once. You have taken 90 small actions in its direction. You can look at an ordinary Tuesday and see evidence that you are becoming someone specific.

This is a believable picture of what practice can make possible. It is not a guarantee. What you get out of 90 days depends on what you bring to each one.

Its place in the journey

Where this fits in the journey.

Grateful & Becoming is the first stage of the BreakThru Mindset journey, and everything that follows depends on it.

Before you can decide who to become, you need to see who you are now. Gratitude trains your attention. Awareness shows you your patterns. A written vision gives you somewhere to go. Intentional action gets you moving. The next stage, I AM, asks you to live as the person in that vision. I CREATE asks you to build. I GIVE asks you to look outward. None of that holds without the foundation you lay here.

It is also where the brand’s central question first becomes a daily practice. Not “when will it happen?” but “what state of mind am I in?” You will ask that every morning for 90 days.

Questions

Common questions.

Do I need to have my life figured out before I begin?

No. This stage exists so you can figure out where you are and where you want to go. If you arrive unsure, you are arriving in the right place. The first 30 days are built around seeing clearly, not having answers.

What if gratitude feels forced right now?

Then start smaller and more specific. Gratitude is not pretending everything is fine. It is training your attention on what is already good, even when that is one quiet cup of coffee. The practice gets easier the more specific you are, and you are allowed to be honest on the hard days.

I have started journals before and stopped. Why would this be different?

Most journals give you blank pages. This one gives you five short practices in a set order, a weekly review that helps you restart, and a 90 day arc with a clear ending. If you miss a day, you pick up where you are. Consistency matters more than perfection, and the program is built for real life.

How much time does it take each day?

About 15 to 20 minutes, split between morning and evening. It is designed to fit before the house wakes up and before you go to sleep.

What does manifestation mean here?

Manifestation, as BreakThru Mindset teaches it, is a personal philosophy about attention, belief and action. You practice imagining the life you want, living from that state of mind, and acting in its direction. It is not a claim that thinking alone produces results, and nothing here promises a particular outcome. It sits comfortably alongside whatever faith or worldview you already hold.

Do I need the printed journal?

The journal is the heart of the program, and writing by hand is part of the practice. A digital version is proposed through the companion app or member dashboard.

Can I do this stage on its own?

Yes. Grateful & Becoming stands alone as a complete 90 day practice. It is also the first of four stages, and it leads directly into I AM when you finish.

Join the Interest List

You do not need a different life to begin. You need a different morning.

Grateful & Becoming gives you 90 of them, each with a simple structure: notice what is good, choose your state of mind, picture where you are going, take one step, and reflect. Appreciate today. Believe in tomorrow. Become who you are meant to be.

Join the Interest List and we will let you know when the first stage of the journey opens.
