The Journey · Stage 2 of 4 · 90 days
I AM
Become the person your desires already belong to.
I AM is a 90 day program in identity, belief, emotional awareness and embodiment. You examine how you see yourself and where that picture came from, choose the qualities of the person you want to become, and build evidence for that identity through what you think, feel and do each day.
Think it. Feel it. Be it. Live it.
Where you might be
You have decided to be calm before. Then the email arrived.
You have decided to be confident. Then you walked into the room, and the old version of you walked in first.
Most of us carry an identity we never chose. It was assembled over years from other people’s comments, a few early results, the roles we fell into, and the sentences we started saying about ourselves. “I am not a morning person.” “I am bad with conflict.” “I am the one who holds everything together.” Those sentences sound like description. They work like instructions.
So you can want a different life, plan for it, even take steps toward it, and still find yourself acting from an identity that was set a long time ago. The gap between who you intend to be and who shows up under pressure is not a character flaw. It is the absence of a practice.
I AM is that practice.
The possibility
What becomes possible.
Imagine starting the day by deciding who you are choosing to be. Not in vague terms, but in named qualities. Steady. Generous. Decisive. Then spending a few minutes feeling what that person feels, before anything has happened.
Imagine noticing an emotion rise in the middle of the afternoon, naming it, and choosing your response instead of running the usual script.
Imagine ending the day by writing down one thing you did that the person you are becoming would do, and watching that list grow for 90 days until it is too long to argue with.
That is what embodiment looks like in practice. Identity stops being an aspiration and becomes a description, because you have the evidence. You answered the brand’s central question honestly, “Who would I be if everything I desired were already done?”, and then you spent 90 days being that person in small, real ways.
What you develop
What this program helps you develop.
- 01
A clear picture of the identity you have been living from
The roles, labels and sentences about yourself, and where each one came from.
- 02
A chosen identity
The three to five qualities of the person you want to become, written in the present tense and in your own words.
- 03
Emotional awareness you can use in the moment
Noticing what you feel, naming it, and choosing a response instead of a default.
- 04
The practice of living in the fulfilled state
Thinking, feeling and acting as the person your desires already belong to, before circumstances change.
- 05
An evidence log
A record of repeated small actions that prove the new identity to the one person who needs convincing: you.
- 06
Beliefs that have been examined
The ones that support you kept, the ones that limit you revised or set down.
- 07
A plan for the days the old identity shows up
Because it will, and you can meet it without starting over.
How it works
How the experience works.
I AM is the second journal in the BreakThru Mindset series and is designed to connect with the companion app and the support of a community.
The journal
The I AM journal guides you through 90 days of identity, belief and living in the fulfilled state. The proposed arc has three movements. The first 30 days are about who you have been: an honest inventory of self perception, beliefs and emotional patterns. The middle 30 days are about who you are choosing: naming the qualities, practicing the fulfilled state, and writing beliefs you can grow into. The final 30 days are about living it: embodiment in daily decisions, collecting evidence, and shaping your environment to agree with the new identity.
Each day continues the five practice rhythm from Grateful & Becoming, with an identity emphasis: morning gratitude, an “I am” statement for the day, a fulfilled state rehearsal, one action taken as that person, and an evening evidence note. About 15 to 20 minutes a day.
The companion app
Proposed: the daily practices, your identity statement and your evidence log in the BreakThru Mindset companion app, which is in development.
Community support
Proposed: online meetups and a discussion space where you can share evidence, ask questions and be reminded that everyone’s old identity shows up sometimes.
Package
Proposed four program package
The four foundational stages were previously discussed as a single package at $599, which would include the four journals (Grateful & Becoming, I AM, I CREATE and I GIVE), a webinar, two online meetups per month, and one year of community membership.
This is the proposed price for the four stages together, not for I AM alone. The package does not include Becoming Superhuman, Unlocking the Infinite Human Potential or the focused programs.
Inside the program
Topics and practices.
- 01
The identity inventory
You list the roles you play, the labels you have accepted, and the sentences you say about yourself. Then you mark which ones you chose and which ones were handed to you.
- 02
Where it came from
For each limiting sentence, you trace the origin. A comment at fourteen. A failure at twenty six. A role you took on because no one else would. You decide whether it still deserves a vote.
- 03
The qualities list
You choose three to five qualities of the person you are becoming. You write what each one looks like on an ordinary day, so you know it when you do it.
- 04
“I am” statements
Daily statements in the present tense, written to feel true enough to act on. Not “I am fearless,” but “I am someone who does the uncomfortable thing first.”
- 05
The fulfilled state rehearsal
A few minutes each morning living from the end. How does that person breathe, speak, decide, move through the day?
- 06
Emotional check ins
Three times a day you pause to name what you feel and where you feel it. Over time you spot patterns and the moments where choice is possible.
- 07
The evidence log
Each evening, one line: something you did today that the person you are becoming would do. Ninety lines by the end.
- 08
The old self plan
You write what the old identity sounds like, what tends to trigger it, and the one thing you will do when you notice it. Noticing is the win.
Who it's for
Is this for you?
Your actions keep disagreeing with your intentions
You know who you want to be. Under pressure, someone else takes over.
You have achieved things and still feel like an impostor
The results changed. The self image did not catch up.
You are stepping into a new role
New parent, new leader, newly on your own, newly retired. You want to grow into it on purpose instead of by accident.
Your emotions run the day
You would like to notice them before they decide for you.
You have finished Grateful & Becoming and want to go deeper
You have a vision. Now you want to become the person who lives there.
You have spent a long season being defined by others
By a job, a relationship, a diagnosis, a family role. You want to decide for yourself who you are now.
A view of the transformation
Before and after.
You describe yourself in sentences that were written years ago. When a strong feeling arrives, it is already in charge by the time you notice it. You want to be a certain kind of person, and you keep waiting to feel like them before you act like them.
You can name the identity you were living from and say where most of it came from. You have chosen three to five qualities and you can point to specific days when you lived them. You catch emotions earlier and choose more often. You have 90 lines of evidence that you are becoming someone specific, and the old sentences have less authority than they used to.
This is what practice can make possible. It is not a guarantee, and the old identity does not disappear on day 91. What changes is that you now know how to meet it.
Its place in the journey
Where this fits in the journey.
I AM is the second stage of the journey, and it carries the question at the heart of the brand: “Who would I be if everything I desired were already done?”
Grateful & Becoming helps you see where you are and write down where you want to go. I AM asks who you need to be to live there, and gives you 90 days to practice being that person. Without this stage, a vision stays a picture on a wall. With it, the vision gets a person to belong to.
The next stage, I CREATE, asks that person to build. I GIVE asks them to look outward. Both depend on an identity that has been chosen and practiced rather than inherited.
Questions
Common questions.
Isn’t choosing an identity just pretending?
Pretending is acting a part you do not intend to keep. This is practicing a part you intend to grow into, and collecting real evidence as you go. The evidence log exists so you are never asked to believe something your own actions have not started to support.
What if I am not sure who I want to become?
The first 30 days are built for that. You start by noticing who you have been, and the qualities you want tend to emerge from what you are tired of and what you admire. You choose provisionally, practice, and revise. Nothing you write in week five is a life sentence.
Do I need to finish Grateful & Becoming first?
I AM is designed as the second stage and assumes you have a written vision and a gratitude practice. It can stand on its own, and the early days include enough grounding to begin here. The sequence is recommended, not required.
What if my emotions take over before I can choose anything?
That is exactly what the emotional check ins are for. You practice noticing earlier, naming what you feel, and finding the small gap where a choice is possible. This is a personal development practice, not treatment. If strong emotions are affecting your safety or daily functioning, please also work with a qualified professional.
What if the people around me expect the old me?
They probably will, at least at first. The final 30 days look at environment and relationships, and at how to live the new identity without demanding that everyone applaud it. You are not asking permission. You are giving people time to notice.
How is this different from saying affirmations?
Affirmations are one tool, and the program teaches you to write ones you can actually believe. I AM goes further. It pairs the thought with the feeling, the feeling with an action, and the action with evidence. Think it. Feel it. Be it. Live it.
How much time does it take each day?
About 15 to 20 minutes across the morning and evening practices, plus three brief emotional check ins that take less than a minute each.
Join the Interest List
You have been living from a story about yourself. Some of it is true. Some of it was never yours.
I AM gives you 90 days to write a truer one and then prove it, one ordinary day at a time. Not by pretending, but by deciding who you are choosing to be each morning and keeping a record of the moments you lived it.
Who would you be if everything you desired were already done? Join the Interest List and find out when the second stage of the journey opens.
