The Journey · Stage 3 of 4 · 90 days

I CREATE

Turn what you intend into what you actually do.

I CREATE is a 90 day program in turning intention into action. You choose the areas of life you want to build, develop the skills they require, make the decisions you have been postponing, stay consistent when it stops being exciting, and meet obstacles without losing your direction.

Vision into action. Opportunity into reality. A life by design.

Where you might be

You have notebooks full of plans.

Some of them are good. A few of them are excellent. You can describe the fitness routine, the course you want to finish, the room you want to rebuild, the skill you keep meaning to learn, the conversation that would change a relationship. You have started several of them, more than once. January. September. The week after every retreat.

What tends to go missing is the middle. The part after the excitement and before the result. The third week, when nobody is watching and the plan has met real life. That is where most intentions quietly end, and it is easy to conclude that you are simply a person who does not follow through.

You are probably not. You are a person who has never been given a structure for the middle.

I CREATE is that structure.

The possibility

What becomes possible.

Imagine choosing one area of your life for the next 90 days and defining what finished actually looks like. Not “get healthier,” but something you could point to on day 90.

Imagine knowing which skill you need to build and practicing it in small daily doses. Imagine making one postponed decision a week instead of carrying all of them. Imagine having a written plan for what you will do when the obstacle arrives, so that when it does, you adjust instead of abandon.

Imagine ending the 90 days with something that did not exist on day one. A finished thing. A built habit. A changed room, a learned skill, a repaired relationship, a body that moves differently. And underneath it, a quieter change: you now have proof that you can take a vision all the way through.

That is what I CREATE is for. Vision into action. Opportunity into reality.

What you develop

What this program helps you develop.

  • 01

    A clearly chosen focus

The one or two areas of life you will build in this season, chosen on purpose instead of by whatever feels urgent.

  • 02

    A definition of done

A description of what finished looks like, specific enough to measure and honest enough to reach.

  • 03

    A skill plan

What you need to learn to build it, and a way of practicing that skill a little each day.

  • 04

    A decision practice

A method for making the decisions you have been postponing, one at a time, with a deadline you set.

  • 05

    Consistency that survives low motivation

A weekly rhythm of building, reviewing and adjusting that does not depend on how you feel.

  • 06

    An obstacle response

A written plan for the moments that usually end your projects, so you can meet them with adjustment instead of surrender.

  • 07

    An eye for opportunity

A daily practice of noticing openings you would normally walk past, which is what abundance means here.

How it works

How the experience works.

I CREATE is the third journal in the BreakThru Mindset series. Like the stages before it, it is designed to connect with the companion app and a community of people building alongside you.

The journal

The I CREATE journal guides you through 90 days of abundance, purpose and intentional creation. The proposed arc has three movements. The first 30 days are about design: choosing your area, defining done, mapping the skills and listing the decisions. The middle 30 days are about building: daily actions, a weekly build review and your obstacle plan. The final 30 days are about finishing: the last stretch, measuring what changed and deciding what you will build next.

Each day keeps the five practice rhythm with a builder’s emphasis: gratitude for progress, your state of mind for the work ahead, a short visualization of the finished thing, one build action, and an evening progress note. About 15 to 20 minutes a day plus the time your build action takes.

The companion app

Proposed: your project, daily actions, decisions and progress tracked in the BreakThru Mindset companion app, which is in development.

Community support

Proposed: online meetups where people share what they are building and where they are stuck, and the option of an accountability partner for the 90 days.

Package

Proposed four program package

The four foundational stages were previously discussed as a single package at $599, which would include the four journals (Grateful & Becoming, I AM, I CREATE and I GIVE), a webinar, two online meetups per month, and one year of community membership.

This is the proposed price for all four stages together. It is not the price of I CREATE on its own. The package does not include Becoming Superhuman, Unlocking the Infinite Human Potential or the focused programs.

Inside the program

Topics and practices.

What you would reflect on and practice along the way.
  1. 01

    Choosing your area

You list the parts of life you want to build, then choose one or two for this season using three questions: What matters most? What would change the most? What can I actually influence in 90 days?

  2. 02

    Defining done

You write a plain description of the finished result. For example: “I can run for 30 minutes without stopping,” or “the spare room is a working studio,” or “I have had the conversation and we have a plan.”

  3. 03

    The skill map

You identify the one or two skills your project depends on and design a daily practice for each. Ten minutes of the hard part, every day.

  4. 04

    The decision list

You write down every decision you have been avoiding in this area. Each week you make one of them, on a date you choose, and record what happened.

  5. 05

    The weekly build review

Every seventh day: what got built, what got skipped, what got in the way, and what one adjustment makes next week easier.

  6. 06

    The obstacle plan

You name the three most likely ways this project ends early, and for each one you write a specific response. “When I miss three days in a row, I will do a five minute version on day four.”

  7. 07

    Noticing opportunity

Each day you record one opening you noticed: an offer, a conversation, a resource, a moment you could have used. You practice seeing them before you practice taking them.

  8. 08

    Finishing

The final weeks address the last stretch, which is where many projects stall. You practice finishing imperfectly and on purpose.

Who it's for

Is this for you?

  • You start well and fade

You have no shortage of beginnings. You want to find out what it feels like to finish.

  • You have a clear vision and no plan

You know what you want. You do not know what Tuesday is supposed to look like.

  • You are waiting for the right time

You have been waiting for a while. You suspect the right time is a decision, not a date.

  • You want to build one specific skill

Writing, cooking, speaking, a language, an instrument, a physical practice. You want a structure that makes daily practice easier.

  • You have too many goals and none of them are moving

You want help choosing, so that something actually gets built.

  • You have done I AM and want to express it

You have chosen who you are becoming. Now you want that person to make something.

A view of the transformation

Before and after.

Before

You carry several unfinished projects and a long list of postponed decisions. Progress depends on motivation, and motivation is unreliable. Obstacles feel like verdicts. When you look back on a month, it is hard to say what you built.

After 90 days of practice

You chose one area and defined what done looks like. You practiced the skill it needed most, nearly every day. You made a dozen decisions you had been avoiding. When obstacles arrived, you followed a plan instead of a mood. Something exists now that did not exist on day one, and you can describe exactly how it got there.

This is what practice can make possible. It is not a guarantee of a particular result. Projects change, and so do circumstances. What you keep is the ability to take an intention through the middle.

Its place in the journey

Where this fits in the journey.

I CREATE is the third stage of the journey, and it is where the inner work becomes visible.

Grateful & Becoming gives you a vision. I AM gives you the identity of the person who lives there. I CREATE asks that person to build, because a changed mindset that never produces a changed Tuesday is only half a transformation. This stage brings the brand’s practical side forward: skills, decisions, consistency and obstacles, handled with the same daily rhythm that shaped the earlier stages.

It also prepares you for I GIVE. It is much easier to contribute to others when you have proof that you can finish what you start.

Questions

Common questions.

What if I do not have much time?

The program is built around one build action a day, and the skill practice is designed in ten minute doses. The first weeks help you choose a project that fits the time you actually have, not the time you wish you had. A small project finished teaches more than a large one abandoned.

What if I am a chronic starter?

Then the middle 30 days are written for you. The weekly build review helps you restart without drama, the obstacle plan is written before you need it, and the program expects you to miss days. The question is never whether you fell off. It is what you do on the day after.

What if I am not sure which area to work on?

The first two weeks are a choosing process. You list the possibilities, apply three questions, and pick one or two. If you choose wrong, the weekly review gives you a place to change course early.

Is this a productivity system?

No. You will not find a task app or a time blocking method here, although you may use one. I CREATE is about the person doing the work: how you decide, how you handle resistance, how you keep going when nobody is watching. The practical tools exist to serve that.

Does abundance mean money?

Not as a promise, and not as advice. Abundance here means a mindset of noticing opportunity and acting on it, in whatever area you are building. BreakThru Mindset does not offer financial advice and does not guarantee any financial outcome. The Entrepreneurial Mindset track is a separate offering for people who want to apply this work to business.

What happens when I hit an obstacle?

You open the obstacle plan you wrote in week five and do what it says. Then, at the weekly review, you look at whether the plan worked and adjust it. Obstacles stop being verdicts and become information.

Do I need to finish I AM first?

The sequence is recommended, because I CREATE assumes you have a vision and a chosen identity to build from. The early days give you enough grounding to begin here if you prefer.
